Hi Jim --

This email is a long time in coming, but better late than never. I wanted to let you know how much we enjoy the finished basement that your company built for us. It has become almost a second home for us, a special oasis where we can go to relax and enjoy ourselves.

I highly recommend your company. Your crews were orderly, polite, and as tidy as possible. I always knew what work was coming up next, and when. The workmanship is terrific. There were no surprises, financial or otherwise. The process was pleasant and all around, an A+ job. Feel free to us me as a reference any time.
